I am a self employed person, I run a fabric store nearby. I am planning to extend my shop, and include more options for the customers. But, I need some more funds for this. My friend suggested me that I could get a mortgage for this. But, I have never heard about it. On my research, I have found that there are self employed mortgages. We can actually qualify for a mortgage, but some factors are required, like Taxes should be paid regularly, blemish free credit score. I need some advice for choosing the right mortgage broker. What all should be kept in mind ??
